When do I get my money back?
If a campaign closes below its goal, refunds start automatically within 72 hours. Track progress under My pledges.
What if the creator doesn't deliver?
We verify every creator with ДАН and assess their delivery capability before a campaign opens. Higher-risk projects receive funds in stages.
How do I back from abroad?
International Visa, Mastercard, JCB and UnionPay cards work. Prices are in tugrik; your card's bank handles the currency conversion.
What's the fee, and who pays it?
The platform fee is paid by the creator of a successfully funded project — backers pay nothing extra. The exact rate is shown in each campaign's Transparency block.
