When am I charged?
As soon as you pledge. Mongolian payment rails have no authorisation-hold, so your funds sit in a segregated account until the project closes.
How can I pay?
By QPay, and by domestic or international card through Golomt Bank where that option is enabled in the current release.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. An eBarimt tax receipt is issued the moment your payment is collected, and appears under “My pledges” in your account.
What if the project doesn't reach its goal?
You're refunded in full, automatically. No claim needed. It completes within 72 hours of a refund destination being available.
Can I cancel my pledge?
Yes, with a full refund, at any time up to 48 hours before the project closes. Cancellation isn't available in the final 48 hours.
Why do I need an account?
So we can reach you to return your money if a project fails. There's no guest checkout.
I forgot my password.
Use the “Forgot your password?” link on the sign-in page to get a reset link. It's valid for 1 hour.
I want to run a project.
Apply from the creators page. We take on 1–2 projects a week.
